BIOGRAPHY

Matt Dannegger serves as Vice President and Chief Field Sales Officer of Landstar. He is responsible for the growth and development of both new and existing Landstar agents. His focus includes supporting agents in business planning, sales execution, cross-selling Landstar services, and adoption of new tools and technologies. He also leads the field sales organization’s efforts to serve as a trusted business advisor to agents while executing strategic growth initiatives.

Since joining Landstar in 2008, Dannegger has held multiple field sales leadership roles of increasing responsibility, building strong relationships with agents across the United States and Canada. Most recently, he served as Senior Executive Vice President with responsibility for all agent field sales.

Prior to joining Landstar, he held management positions with Milan Supply Chain Solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri.

Dannegger and his wife, Kim, live in Troy, Missouri, and have two children.
